Return Policy

At BH Luxury, our aim is to achieve complete customer satisfaction. Therefore, we provide a seven-day refund policy for all items bought, under certain terms.

New watches that are worn, modified, or damaged are not eligible for a full refund. However, pre-owned or used watches can be returned if they are in the same condition as when sold.

For returns to BH Luxury, both online and in-person purchases can be returned within 7 days. All returns incur a 10% restocking fee.

In case of a return, please contact BH Luxury for assistance before sending the watch back. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
